Why am I trying to chop it all up?
Unity indicates the infinite,duality the finite.The infinite is eternal,the finite,temporal.
In reality only the Ultimate is. The rest is a matter of name and form. And as long as you cling to the idea that only what has a name and shape exists, the Supreme will appear to you non-existing. When you understand that names and shapes are hollow shells without any content whatsoever, and what is real is nameless and shapeless, pure energy of life and light of consciousness, you will be at peace -immersed in the deep silence of reality.

Why am I trying to chop it all up?I have known the truth for so long now..I must really try to live it.For me at the moment that means recognising that nothing but The Supreme..(as he calls it) will bring satisfaction..everything else is just passing desires and fears and plans to bring one and avoid the other if referring to the future,which is my greatest pre-occupation now..When referring to the past .. (which I have greatly finished with..as it can't be brought back or changed) .. it is only sadness or regret.
We all know it is about living in the present..but..that means living with Him/It ,,what Buddha refused to name,because it is nameless..
Living in the present with the nameless causeless timeless spaceless non-dual Reality ..that's what it is about.
